What was life like for you before House of Cherith?

Life for me before House of Cherith was difficult, I was micromanaged by my aunt on how to raise my son. I wanted to leave because I felt like I didn’t have a voice to share my opinion on things when it came down to me being a mom.

What have you been learning while at House of Cherith?

I have learned how to have a voice and I’ve learned to raise my son the way I believe he should be raised.

What are your goals and hopes for the future?

My goals and hopes for the future are to go back to school and get my GED, get my license, get a better working job, have my own house and car, and most importantly, graduate from House of Cherith. I hope to live and that my family will see a major change in my life.
