“I was a resident at House of Cherith from 2016 to 2017. House of Cherith allowed me to grow, heal, and participate and graduate from the Napa program.

After graduating from House of Cherith, I secured my own housing and gained guardianship of my two amazing nephews. I am currently enrolled in college classes for human services and counseling. I have been sober for almost four years and I am doing really good.

House of Cherith helped me more than I could have ever imagined. A piece of advice I have for other residents would be to understand that there is so much more life to live. I want to remind them that they are stronger than they think and capable of anything they can dream of. Build your foundation on God.”
