“There is no other place life House of Cherith (HOC), none. At first, I felt like I was at the mercy of this program; I put my life in their hands, or so I thought. Since then, I’ve come to trust God more and put my life in his hands. I have been getting the help I need and have been overcoming my fear and anxiety. I feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared about. This journey of recovery is new to me and HOC has been there to support me. I feel that Pastor Bruce's “Trust First” motto carries over into HOC’s principles of never giving up on a person. I guess the apple doesn’t fall from the tree.”
