“House of Cherith has been my saving grace. The moment I walked through the gate I felt a huge relief. As if a huge monster fell off my back. Nicole met me at the gate and made me feel welcomed and loved immediately. I was completely grateful, I told her I had an attitude of gratitude. I could feel God’s presence as soon as I got here. I was welcomed with open arms and given clothes, toiletries my own room, and a shared bathroom. The bed was nice and comfy. I felt like I was at the Ritz Carlton. Then the RSA’s were very loving and treated me like I was their long-lost daughter. I was greeted by other women that loved me immediately and offered me hugs. I felt as though I belonged immediately. I have been to two other programs before and this is the first one I didn’t want to run from. The other program fed me and clothes me too, but they didn’t have the Holy Spirit surrounded around them. HOC has God in and all around the program and makes me feel loved and wanted the moment I came through the doors. I’m in my 5th week here and I’m the happiest I have been since I’ve been with my children.
