Izzy’s Story of Hope

On January 20 my whole world changed - by that I mean coming to House of Cherith. House of Cherith is the best decision I have made in a long time. I was so broken and empty when I came, I didn't know which way to go.

Being here this short time has given me the hope to believe in God, and I know what I need instead of what my flesh may want. The staff has been wonderful to me, and my peers are simply the best. I am trusting the process and God to get through this and I am working on going to church every Sunday.

I can truly say I haven't been going in years and haven't had a relationship with God, but I do now and I understand Him better and better everyday. Thanks to the House of Cherith, I am alive, living a healthy life, and walking with God because He won't let me down!
